Adding Intricate Logos to Duct Tape Wallets
Previously, I would print a logo on paper and tape it to the wallet. Now, logos are made out of 100% duct tape. The first one I tried was Calvin and Hobbes. Every bit of the design is made out of duct tape including stripes and facial features. The technique is like putting a puzzle together. I still print the design on paper, but then use it as a template to cut each color section on the appropriate duct tape. I assemble it all together on top of a piece of clear tape. Lastly, I cover the design with another piece of clear tape.

Are You a Giants or Patriots Fan?
In honor of Super Bowl XLVI this weekend, check out duct tape artist, Jeremy Tubbs' NFL Helmet Series.
Using six different layers of duct tape, beginning with white covering a canvas frame and increasing the grayscale value until finally reaching black, Tubbs' artwork is absolutely amazing. The detail he includes is so intricate, you'll still be shaking your head thinking, "how does he do that." It's difficult to even imagine how long it would take to create one of his masterpieces.
To see more of Tubbs' duct tape art, check out his website, blog, or Facebook page.
